How we handle your email

Short version: we use it to tell you when early access opens, and for nothing else.

What we collect

Your email address, which page variant you arrived on, and, if you answer them, your responses to the three optional questions after signup. Nothing else. No account, no tracking cookies, no advertising pixel on this site.

Why

To contact you about early access, and to understand which description of the product people respond to. The survey answers shape what gets built.

Who else sees it

Our form and hosting provider, which stores the submissions on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone, and we do not upload it to advertising platforms.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we abandon the project, whichever comes first. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe.

Getting it removed

Email hello@backstay.net and we will delete your address and any answers you gave. No questions, no delay.
